National Planning Framework 4: Call for Ideas

The National Planning Framework (NPF) is a long term plan for Scotland that sets out where development and infrastructure is needed to support sustainable and inclusive growth. NPF4 will also address a number of high level outcomes, including improving the health and well-being of people living in Scotland. The Scottish Government call for ideas for Scotland’s fourth National Planning Framework (NPF4) closed on 30 April 2020.
